Samsung Galaxy J1 specs: Samsung, the king of the smart phone company has launched yet another phone in its kingdom which is named Galaxy J1. The name is suggested after the looks,design and features that resembles similar to that of Grand family.

The company has announced this phone at CES 2015 and launched it during the event itself. This shows the curiosity of the company to remain at the top. But every price range has its own rivals and the Samsung Grand Max is also not standing alone in the market in its price range. DESIGN AND DISPLAY

Regarding design and display then the phone measures 146x75x7.9 mm dimensions with 7.9mm thickness and  164 g  of weight. The phone is quite heavier than other devices in its competition. It has a 5.25 inch display which is unique and no phone has been launched yet at this screen size. The screen has an HD display with 3264×2448 pixels resolution. The front and rear cameras are also featured with the HD display. The rear side consists of the 13mega pixel camera with an LED flash and the same looks are carried by the Grand Max which are carried by the Grand1, Grand2.

CAMERA

The rear camera is 13 mega pixel after peeping into the market scenerio with an LED flash. It is full HD resolution and has 3264×2448 pixels which is a good feature in itself and the most phones are coming in this megapixel range only.  The front camera has an HD shooting and is 5 mega pixel with HD resolution.  The selfie would be perfect with the front camera and we would love to be clicked from the Grand Max. Also it has an Hd video recording and the camera displays 16 million colors more brightly and sharply than any other grand series phone.

PERFORMANCE

When we talk of the processor then it is fitted with the quad core processor the same older one. Why samsung has not revealed out the Grand Max with 8-core processor could not be answered. the company should use the atlest technology. We are afraid whether the product will be on high sales or Samsung would launch another phone in the same series which would compensate this phone left over features. The RAM has been increased to 1.5 GB which could be more good to store heavy apps and the apps of your choice without the hanging problem. Also the onboard memory the company has given is 16GB which is quite good memory to store the heavy stuff. Also the company gives you the external memory data storage option with which you can make your storage expand upto 64 GB.

The Samsung Grand Max supports network frequencies of GSM : 850/900/1800/1900 MHz LTE : 2300 MHz. It has a Single SIM (Micro),it is 4G/LTE ready,WiFi 802.11 b/g/n,Bluetooth 4.0 w/ A2DP,NFC,FM Radio, GPS w/ A-GPS, GLONASS. Rest standard connectivity options are present.

OTHER FEATURES

The device runs on android 4.4 kitkat and has a 2600 mAh battery. It gives the standard talktime of about 10 hours a day and has a standby mode of 8 days approximately. Also the inbuilt features in samsung makes the device unique from others in this price range. We should never think twice before buying samsung smart phones as they give you all the daily life used features which would loved to be used to and would be unique from the other companies too.

The Samsung Grand Max is prices at 13,000 INR. But this device is launched in its home country only that is korea. In the other parts the company is yet to launch this handset. Eargerly waiting for this device to  launch in india too.
