Samsung Galaxy S6 Duos Specifications:-Â Samsung has launched its next member of its Galaxy S series, Galaxy S6 with its curved version dubbed Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. And now apart from the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge, Samsung also seems to have a third variation of its new flagship phone – the Galaxy S6 Duos. It popularized in the Philippines first, but it now seems that the variation of the Galaxy S6 with two nano SIM card slots inside will be making the rounds in Russia as well.

Rolling under the same model number (SM-G920), the specs sheet of the phone is most probably indiscernible from the regular Galaxy S6, except for the two SIM slots. . DESIGN AND DISPLAY

The device  features a 5.1-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display with 1440×2560 pixels resolution and 577 ppi pixel density and Gorilla Glass 4 protection the difference in its display is only due to both sides curves .The frame is made of aviation-grade alloy and features a stainless steel sheet with nano-molding plastic .In terms of dimensions, the Samsng Galaxy S6 Duos measures 5.2 inch AMOLED display with 1080p resolution uses ACL technology which promises to reduce power usage by 25%.

The docking connector is concentrated on its left side which includes System reset, Mini HDMI, 3.5mm microphone and headphone jack, Micro USB 2.0, microSD/SDHC/SDXC card slot, Standard size USB 3.0, Power jack, and the power button is on the right side of the phone.

The backside of the phone is made with the thin metal cover, a rear camera with an LED flash and an  external battery compartment which is removable.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Duos is powered by a octa-core (quad-core 2.1GHz+ quad-core 1.5GHz) processor ( possibly Exynos) along with 3GB LPDDR4 RAM. S6 Duos runs on Android 5.0 lollipop out of the box. It feature a 14nm octa-core mobile processor with 64-bit capability. Galaxy S6 Edge will available in 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB storage variants without microSD card support. The company writes, “The world’s first 14nm mobile processor with 64-bit platform, new LPDDR4 memory system and UFS 2.0 flash memory provides higher performance and enhanced memory speed with lower power consumption”.Samsung proudly points to the “high computing performance” of the Exynos chipset inside the S6 Duos  including 2.1 GHz Octa-Core processor which is one of the fastest processors out there for mobile devices.

CAMERA

Another point of proud is the camera,it uses thinnest module of 16-megapixel rear camera is fitted on the rear side of the tablet which has a full double HD with 1080×1920 pixels of image resolution. 5-megapixel front camera is also featured in the phone which is very good in selfies for our personnel use and it has an HD display which makes the images more sharper than the normal one.

The Samsung S6 Duos is among the thinnest dual-SIM phones.
