Xolo Omega 5.5 Specifications: Xolo, a Lava company has unveiled two new smartphones which are Xolo Omega 5.0 and Xolo Omega 5.5 underthe flagship of  its omega series . The company has announced the launch of the phones on twitter and will be available in India for Xolo Omega 5.0 starting from December 10 and Xolo Omega 5.5 will be available from December 20. Xolo Omega 5.5 would face a competition form the likes of Panasonic P81 or Xolo Q2100 but while comparing Xolo Omega 5.5 with Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G it would be a stiff one. Looking at Xolo Omega 5.5 Specifications it has a similar hardware with omega 5.5 but the latter has a bigger display of 5.5 inch screen, 13 MP rear camera in comparison to 8 MP in omega 5.0 and 2600 battery is bigger than that of omega 5.0’s 2100 mAh battery. Xolo no doubt has unveiled a budget smartphone if we look at Xolo Omega 5.5 Specifications keeping an eye at the competition from other companies. But on comparing: Xolo Omega 5.5 vs Xiaomi Redmi Note, which is better. On comapring Xolo Omega 5.5 and Xiaomi Redmi Note, the latter has got advantage of 2GB over 1 GB of RAM in XOLO. Xiaomi also has a bigger battery source of 3100 mAh vs 2600 mAh in Xolo 5.5. Xiaomi Note supports 4G network in India but it is unlikely for Xolo Omega 5.5 to support 4G network in India.
