Archos 50 Diamond features 5-inch full-HD IPS display with 1080×1920 pixel resolution and 440 ppi pixel density. It runs on android 4.4 kitkat out of the bx but likely to get update to Android 5.0 lollipop. It is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1GHz combined with 2GB of RAM. It houses 16 GB internal storage  which can be expended up to 128 GB. The device also sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and also boards an 8-megapixel front facing shooter for selfie and video calling.
