HTC Desire 620G Specifications:-  Taiwan based smartphone manufacturer has launched new member of its Desire series called Desire  620G . It is 3G version of its predecessor Desire 620 smartphone. Desire 620G was available online almost one week before its official launch in India. Both devices Desire 620 and Desire 620G are already launched in Taiwan and scheduled too reach Europe in next Year . Its 4G variant Desire 620 is yet to make way to India. Design-wise, both phones are identical and they also share a lot of common features. HTC Desire 620G Specifications are almost similar to that Desire 620 except processor, storage and network connectivity.it is a mid range Dual SIM smartphone . Desire 620G is available in two variants Santorini White and Gunmetal Grey colours.

HTC Desire 620G flaunts a 5-inch HD display with 1280×720 pixels resolution and 294 ppi pixel density. Under the bonnet there is 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor  and Mali 450 GPU whereas Desire  620  is powered by a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor. 620G features 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage which can be extended up to 32 GB via microSD card on the other hand its can be extended up to 128 GB in Desire 620. It operates on android 4.4 kitkat. The smartphone also features an 8-megapixel rear camera and  5-megapixel front-facing snapper. It sports 2,100 mAh battery and connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/ A-GPS and GPRS/ EDGE.

Just like other smartphone its is also quite stylish phone. Design wise it is similar to Desire 620.It is available in two variants Santorini White and Gunmetal Grey colours.It features HTC’s iconic design with dual front-facing speakers. It measures 150.1×72.7×9.6mm and weighs 160 grams. It  features a 5-inch HD display with 1280×720 pixels resolution and 294 ppi pixel density.

It is powered by  octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor clocked at 1.7 GHz and  Mali 450 GPU combined with 1 GB of RAM. It features 8 GB internal storage and supports expansion via microSD card up to 32 GB. On the other hand  Desire 620 is powered by a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor and support storage expansion up to 128 GB.

Operating System:-

HTC Desire 620G operates on android 4.4 kitkat with popular HTC BlinkFeed and its user interface Sense 6.0. Operating System is its demerit or disadvantage due to arrival of the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system in the market.

It supports 8-megapixel rear camera with with basic features like LED flash, BSI sensor, HTC Eye Experience and 5-megapixel front snapper.

Battery and Connectivity:-

It includes a removable 2,100 mAh battery which can last long for 19 hours of talk time and up to 525 hours of standby time. For  connectivity it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/ A-GPS and GPRS/ EDGE whereas Desire 620 also supports 4G.

HTC Desire 620G is 3G version of Desire 620 with almost same specification. Desire 620G offers good looks like other HTC devices. Strong processor provide fast processing combined with Mali 450 GPU to provide better gaming experience as HTC devices are mainly known for their gaming experience. Android 4.4 kitkat is outdated  due to arrival of the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop in the market and there is no announcement about its OS update from manufacturers other wise it is a nice and value for money phone.
