Design and Display:

The Oppo 3000 features a 4.7-inch display with a 720 x 1080-pixel resolution with a pixel density of 312 ppi. While the other hand rival, The Lenovo S850 features a 5-inch display with 720 x 1080-pixel resolution with the pixel density of 294 ppi. That means that both the gadgets have almost same screen size but not the same pixel density and the image resolution. Lenovo S850 has higher than its rival.

The Lenovo S850Â gives you slightly more screen space, not only because it’s fractionally larger, but because the Oppo 3000Â has on-screen controls with a border in the bottom.

The Oppo 3000 features a 1.4 GHz,Quad core, 1400 MHz, ARM Cortex-A53, 64-bit with a  2GB of RAM. While the Lenovo S850 features a  1.4 GHz 4-core, Mediatek MT6582, 64-bit as well as 1 GB of RAM. Which means that the Lenovo S850 phone has a faster processor than the oppo. And the RAM options is not same in both the devices and but the working is same which leads to choose over Lenovo S850.

The Lenovo S850 features 16 GB of on-board ROM without any external SD card Slot compatibility which makes it a minus point against the phone. While the Oppo 3000 features 8 GB on-board storage with an option of a 128 GB expandable via micro SD card slot.

The Lenovo S850Â features the same UltraPixel sensor is found in the original Lenovo phones, although it’s a better all-round performer than before. It also has a HD Camera for depth perception which means that there’s a range of fancy features on offer and 5 megapixel front-facing camera which is excellent for selfies. But the front camera is not an HD version but resembles a high quality camera and resolution.

On the second half, the oppo 3000 features a 13 megapixel sensor camera. The oppo 3000 camera is also known for the best photography so the oppo 3000 takes the lead in terms of camera. The oppo 3000 smartphone can also capture Ultra HD video, something the Lenovo S850 is incapable of and there are a range of smart functions, including “selective focus” which produces similar to Lenovo without the additional lens. This new added features lets you choose over oppo 3000.

Operating System:

The Lenovo S850 features Android 4.2 ice cream sandwich. The Lenovo S850 features Android 4.2 and a new version of TouchWiz. Both have same operating systems but the Oppo 3000 has a bigger advantage of the Android 5.0 lollipop update. So the Lenovo S850 lags in operating system over Oppo 3000.

The Lenovo S850Â features a 2150Â mAh battery that is supposedly 40 per cent more efficient than the first Lenovo P series, which could last up to two days with even 3G services. However Lenovo P70Â has added aggressive power saver options to make sure your device lasts the distance and it’s very impressive.

The Oppo 3000Â features a 2000 mAh battery that will get you through the day. It also offers power saving features to match those of Lenovo S850. Both devices are a step above the previous generation, giving much better endurance.

Conclusion whether which one is the best:

oppo 3000 hands on

The Lenovo S850 features a machined aluminium body that wraps around the sides making for a 90 per cent metal finish. There will be single color available: coral white. It’s a triumph of design, it looks stunning and feels sensational to hold.

The Oppo 3000Â is mainly metallic, sticking to familiar design, but with a more tactile back for better grip. The big positives are that it is dustproof and resistant in liquid down to a metre in depth, and it’ll be available in black and white colors.

The Lenovo S850Â feels like the slicker device in daily use. The user interface is faster and although it has less options and features, the interface feels more sophisticated and mature. It offers class-leading sound quality, a great display, but the real winner is the design. In the battle of these two giants, Lenovo S850Â takes it, but only just.

The Oppo 3000Â offers a wider range of features and comes with great connectivity, a stunning display, plenty of power and a camera that performs well. However it feels like it could be faster in daily use and the unique features of the heart rate sensor and fingerprint scanner may well get turned off and ignored.

As per price, the Lenovo S850Â is available at Rs 11,000 and the Oppo 3000Â is available in India at a price tag of 15,900 INR. The color variants are same for the devices.
