Design:
Both the devices measures almost same but when it comes to design we all know that design has never been the strongest side of Samsung’s Galaxy series. Plastic body is major drawback of Galaxy S series but Droid Turbo isn’t impressive with its design too it is made up of metalized glass fiber material.

Motorola Droid turbo’s 5.2 inch display is slightly bigger then S5’s 5.1 inch. Pixel density in Droid turbo is also more  then Galaxy S5. It is 565 ppi in Motorola and 432 in S5.

Droid Turbo is powered by 2.7 GHz Quad-core Qualcomn Snapdragon 800 combined with Aderno 420 GPU whereas Galaxy S5 is powered by 2.5 GHz Quad-core Qualcomn Snapdragon 801 processor combined with Aderno 330 GPU. In terms of RAM Turbo has upper hand on S5  Turbo has 3 GB RAM Whereas it is 2 GB in Samsung Galaxy. Turbo is available in two variant 32 GB and 64 GB but there is no microSD card slot in it. S5 also has 16 and 32 GB variants but there is also a mircoSD slot to expend storage up to 128 GB.
