DESIGN AND DISPLAY

On the first impression of the BQ Aquaris you could feel how elegant and professional it looks by its new feature of having “ubuntu” operating system. and the rugged display which make it different from others. The tablet though has a rugged looks but its full made for commercial use. The professionally fit and its new operating system  makes it to the first class on top of all.  In terms of dimensions, the “Ubuntu Phone” measures 4.5 inches display has only qHD resolution (540 x 960).

The BQ Aquaris 4.5  is considerably thicker by 0.9 inches than any iPad or a tablet launched in its time and it also weighs about 123 g only which makes it easier to use in daily life..The BQ Aquaris 4.5  phone measures 137.00 mm x 67.00 mm x 9.00 mm.

The Aquaris E4.5 is protected by a sheet of toughened alkali-aluminosilicate glass, which is resistant to scratching, impact and torsion in the event of an accident.The entire Aquaris E range incorporates screens of the very highest quality, with unmatched brightness levels (380 cd/m2) and optimum sharpness and colour fidelity. The docking connector is concentrated on its left side which includes System reset, Mini HDMI, 3.5mm microphone and headphone jack, Micro USB 2.0, microSD/SDHC/SDXC card slot, Standard size USB 3.0, Power jack, and the power button is on the right side of the phone..

The backside of the phone is made with the thin metal cover, a rear camera with an LED flash and an  external battery compartment which is removable.

PERFORMANCE

BQ Aquaris  chooses MediaTek 6752 chipset fitted inside intending for an affordable price tag and with respectable performance including 1.3 GHz quad-Core processor , with a 1GB RAM and an 8GB on board internal storage but expandable  upto 32 GB with micro SD slot. The MediaTek 6752 is a part of Intel’s next-gen “Bay Trail” platform which employs 22nm process technology.

“Bay Trail,” however, is not just a new generation of Atom processors, instead it’s a large family of single, dual, and quad core  and Octa- Core processor chips optimized for various types of devices which the company has revealed out earlier in its devices. The gadget supports dual displays up to 540×960 pixels . Also there’s a turbo boost in the processor which cleverly saves power keeping the phone in an  “active idle” mode.

CAMERA

The 8-megapixel rear camera is fitted on the rear side of the tablet which has aqHD resolution with 540×960 pixels of image resolution. 5-megapixel front camera is also featured in the phone which gives the hearty selfies for our personnel use and it has an HD display which makes the images more sharp than the normal pics.And because it’s not just about the megapixels, we have equipped the camera with high quality BSI sensores and Largan lenses just like the ones used on top-of-the-range phones.
