iPad Air 2 has a upper hand on Samsung Tab in terms of design iPad’s metallic body gives a premium feel whereas Samsung’s Plastic body looks quite outdated. Samsung Galaxy Tab S overtakes iPad in terms of  RAM and Screen Size its 3 GB RAM provide lightning fast processing. Camera quality in both the devices is same but iPad provide some additional features which makes it better for photography.  Samsung Tab S Sports SIM card and also supports 3G and 4G which gives it a little advantage.
