Micromax Yu Yureka runs on  CyanogenMod OS which is based on Android Operating system so if you want to experience some new you can try Yu Yureka. On the other hand Moto G(2nd gen) operates on Android 4.4 kitkat out of the box and likely to get Android update to 5.0 lollipop.

Yu Yureka has a slightly bigger display then Moto G.  Micromax Yu features a 5.5-inch IPS display with 1280 x 720 resolution and 267 ppi pixel density. Moto G has 5-inch IPS LCD display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution and 294 ppi pixel density.

Processor and RAM:

Micromax Yureka is powered by 1.5 GHz Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor with 4 cores combined with 2 GB RAM  and 405 GPU. While Moto G(2nd gen) has a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor combined 1 GB RAM and Adreno 305 GPU.
