Lenovo A6000 Specifications:- After success of Lenovo Vibe X2 Lenovo has launched a budget smartphone at ongoing CES 2015 dubbed Lenovo A600. Company has tied up with Indian online retailer giant Flipkart.com to launch this device. It is launched to take on Micromax yu yureka and Xiaomi. Lenovo is amid to provide 4G connectivity at affordable price. Its availability and price is not yet announced by company. However it is expected to fall under Rs 10,000 as it mainly competing with budget smartphones from Xiaomi and Micromax. It feature dual SIM funcationality and phone also has two speakers and Dolby Digital Plus sound.
“We think the Indian buyers will want to future-proof themselves for when 4G services become more widespread in country. Buying a smartphone is a big decision involving a sizeable portion of their disposable income and they wouldn’t want to take a chance.†said by company’s senior vice president for worldwide sales. Lenovo A6000 Features 5-inch HD IPS display with 720×1280 pixels resolutions same as that in Micromax Yu yureka and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G. The Lenovo A6000 measures 141x70x8.2mm and weighs 128 grams. The device runs Android 4.4 kitkat out of the box with lenovo’s Vibe UI 2.0 skin on top. It is powered by 64-bit, 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor under the hood with 1 GB RAM for fast and smooth processing and lag free gaming.
The device houses 8 GB internal storage but there is no word about its storage extension. For Photography it supports 8-megapixel rear camera with auto-focus and LED flash and 2-megapixel front camera for selfie and video calling. For connectivity is provide WIFI, Bluetooth,3G and 4G. Its 4G connectivity support is its main advantage or merit. The device is backed by 2300 mAh battery which is rated to deliver up to 13 hours of talk time and up to 264 hours of standby time on 3G network.
